You get a General Counsel.
The Law Office of Tracy A. Wong, P.A. has advised Florida businesses, startups, and growing companies since 2015. Tracy brings the discipline of an in-house General Counsel to every matter, whether you need a single contract reviewed or your entire legal function rebuilt from the ground up.

The difference a General Counsel makes is not just execution. It is perspective. Tracy A. Wong spent years managing legal functions in-house, at scale, across multiple jurisdictions. She

A decade in practice. A decade in-house.
Tracy A. Wong founded this firm in 2015, and for much of that time she was simultaneously serving as in-house General Counsel, most recently as Group General Counsel of an international energy and commodities trading group, with the full knowledge and support of her employer.
That parallel track is what makes this firm different. Tracy was not reading about complex transactions and compliance challenges from the outside. She was managing them in real time, at scale, across multiple jurisdictions, while maintaining an independent practice and advising her own clients. The judgment those two roles built on each other is what every client gets today.
She is licensed in Florida, New York, and California, and is a Solicitor of England and Wales. She holds the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (International) credential and a mediator qualification, both earned and maintained while active as General Counsel.
